The Minnesota Political Contribution Refund Program is an exciting way for everyday Minnesotans to fight BIG MONEY and support local politics

The public finance system, run by the State of Minnesota, allows individuals to donate $75 per person or $150 per couple to a political party of their choice and receive a full refund from the Minnesota Department of Revenue

How It Works

1. Make your contribution to the Minnesota DFL
2. Wait for your official EP-3 receipt and application to arrive by mail within about 30 days
3. Send in your receipt and completed application to

   Minnesota Department of Revenue
   Political Contribution Refund
   600 N. Robert St.
   St. Paul, MN 55146-1800

4. Receive your refund!
